SHIPPING TIME
If you have purchased out-of-stock products (that are being manufactured), the DISPATCH DATE from our warehouse is the one highlighted in RED, on the product sheet (also found in the order summary).
Did you order multiple products? The dispatch date from our warehouse will be the one of the product with the longest shipping time.
Shipping time is ON AVERAGE OF 2/4 WORKING DAYS.
However, these cannot be guaranteed: they may indeed be slowed down depending on the place of delivery, logistical difficulties of the couriers or on holidays and sales. The reported shipping time is an ESTIMATE, based on the history of previous shipments; therefore, there could be an early delivery or a delay for reasons not directly attributable to Mobili Fiver.
NOT AT HOME? DELAY YOUR ORDER SHIPMENT!
When the goods are shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipment tracking number.
During checkout, simply select "Delayed Shipping" and choose a date that works best for you to receive your products at your convenience.
You can postpone the shipping date by up to 60 days from the order date, depending on product availability.
SHIPPING OF GOODS
When the goods are shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipment tracking number.
If you are not able to receive the goods, want to change the place of delivery or won’t be home for a certain period of time, please inform our Customer Service that will contact the courier and reschedule the delivery. In the event that our Customer Service does not receive any notice, any storage costs will be charged to the Customer (in case of "important" information, we recommend contacting our Customer Assistance, specifying the order number).
In case the courier will not find your delivery address because of an incorrect address or unreachable destination, the ordered items will be returned to the sender and the order will be partially refunded to the Customer: the shipping and storage costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
WHAT TO DO UPON DELIVERY
Upon delivery of the goods, it is essential to:
- Check that the number of packages delivered and the outer appearance correspond to what is indicated in the order receipt sent by email during the shipment confirmation process.
- Do not throw away the packaging before having checked the condition of the product. If the product is damaged or non-compliant and the packages have been thrown away, the returns will NOT be possible.
- Check that the packaging is intact and not altered, even in the closing tapes. In case of tampering, consult the FAQs.
Please note that the courier will make one attempt to deliver the products. No signature will be required to confirm delivery. If you are not at home, the packages will be left at your front door.
