PAYMENT METHODS

The PayPal payment involves the use of your Paypal account. The charge will be made on your bank account or on the credit card linked to your Paypal account as per the methods set by the Company.
In case of failed payments, the order will be automatically canceled after 24 hours.

The following credit cards are accepted: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.

Credit card payments allow reliable, confidential and secure transactions thanks to SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

Should you be asked to enter the Smart 3D-Secure Code (a security code linked to credit card payments) and you don't have it at hand, try contacting your bank's customer service to activate it.

If you enter the 3D Secure Code but the words "payment failed" or "invalid payment" appear, try to contact your bank to make sure everything is correct. If indeed everything is correct, do not attempt a second transaction, but contact our Customer Service for a further check.

In case of failed payments, the order will be automatically canceled after 24 hours.

Payment by advance bank transfer means that the order will be PROCESSED-SHIPPED only upon effective receipt of the amount.

The bank transfer will be considered valid if credited within 3 working days of placing the order (otherwise the order will be automatically canceled).

Klarna allows you to pay for your order in 3 installments or after 30 days, safely and without interest.

Select the "Klarna" option and enter your debit, credit or prepaid card details.

If you choose to pay in installments, the first charge will be made on your card once your order has been confirmed. The other two will take place every 30 days until the entire amount is paid off.

On the other hand, if you select the "Pay after 30 days" option, the amount will be charged 30 days after the order has been confirmed.

If your device supports Apple Pay, this option will appear at checkout.

With Link, you can save various payment methods and your shipping and billing information. For your purchases, you can select your preferred payment method.

You will need to enter your email address and verify your phone number.

Then all your saved card or bank details and addresses will be automatically filled in. You can manage and modify all your information within your personal Link account.
